How long does vetting take?
We aim to respond to all applications within 5 working days. We may contact you for references or a brief conversation before making a decision.
Can I be declined?
Yes. The Concierge Approved standard is the foundation of our value to clients. We decline applications that don't meet the bar — and that's what makes the badge worth having.
How does commission work?
Commission is optional for Featured partners. When a concierge introduction leads to a confirmed booking, an agreed percentage applies. Full details shared on application.
Can I upgrade my tier later?
Absolutely. Many vendors start on Approved and move to Featured as they see the value. Upgrades can be arranged at any time.
